I have never been so disappointed with an Applebees in the 10 years that I have patronized this restaurant. The store was filthy and disgusting. The service was the worst that I have ever seen. First of all, we waited 15 minutes for our drink order and then waited another 15 minutes toget the "Water." Then we waited 30 minutes to get our order taken of which I had to get a mamger to take the order because our wiaiter had time to chit chat instead of taking our order. We waited 50 minutes and still never got an order put on the table. Of course you know what happened then. Yes, I walked out! The bad part of it all, the mangement had no compassion about their sorry service and never once apologized for our long and exhaustiung wait.
